Foodservice Solutions Design Consultants was proud to help David Edelen and team develop the Atlantic, a classic oyster bar. The raw bar with its custom ice display showcases fresh seafood products shucked right in front of the customers. The compact kitchen supplies a variety of fine appetizers and entrees from fresh, local ingredients. Servers work at the conveniently located but barely visible service station. A long bar allows multiple bartenders to produce specialty drinks for customers in five distinct seating areas. The project was completed quickly to open during the summer season.
